Are you a custom home builder?

How do you incorporate technology into your homes?
By default we wire the home for gigabit ethernet connectivity for wall mounted televisions, ceiling speakers, doorbell, WiFi hot spots, and camera systems that directly connect into a central management system on site. We also have experience with centralized audio and music zones accessible via cell phone, motion activated & photocell based lighting, IOT sensors, and more.
What makes you different?
We control our crews to expedite project schedules. Our ability to find products that are difficult to source is unmatched. We have experience with home efficiency and technology enablement features that others do not possess.
What is your perspective on conservation and energy efficiency?
We are passionate about lower utility bills. This mean triple pane, tempered glass, low E windows and doors. Spray foam throughout the home walls and ceiling rafters is normal. We have contracted and are knowledgeable on the installation of geothermal loop HVAC systems, as well as general HVAC efficiency. We can also facilitate the installation of solar panels and battery pack solutions, solar water heaters, and rainwater harvesting solutions.
Do you have references?
Absolutely! We can walk you through in progress projects in real time so you can see our execution. There are finished projects that a walk through can be arranged, or a telephone conversation with customers.
